Are you licensed and insured?
We carry $1M/$2M general liability insurance and EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant work. COI available same day for property managers and commercial clients. In Massachusetts, appliance repair itself requires no state license, insurance and certification are what protect you, and we carry both.
Are you a franchise or a call center?
Neither. Owner operated: you call, Sam or Kevin answers, one of us shows up. No dispatch fees, no subcontractors, no 4 hour hold music.
